Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Before processing a withdrawal, spinph9 will require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This process requires submission of:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinph9 login credentials, including your username and password. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your spinph9 wallet in real time for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya). spinph9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of spinph9.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment.
spinph9's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your spinph9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by spinph9's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
